Transitional Housing

Popular among our patients, staff and referral sources is the Transitional Housing Program. Managed by the Director of Transitional Housing, this program provides a supportive living environment for those attending outpatient treatment.
This multi-house program provides safe housing and support in early recovery and a therapeutic transition to living with others in recovery, structured house rules and attendance at 12 step programs are part of supportive, affordable environment found in the Transitional Housing Program.
	For those in need of housing supportive to recovery Comfortable living conditions Private to semi-private bedrooms Residents are 18 years of age and older Designed for the medically, psychiatrically and physically stable with primary diagnosis of addictive disease Full kitchen and laundry access 3 to 9 month contracts Designed to work in conjunction with outpatient levels of care Confidential level of care within the care continuum Outside referrals welcome Evaluation by the Assessments Center is required prior to admission
