Dr. Robert A. Coker, D.O., DABAM - Medical Director
Dr. Robert Coker is an internist with admitting and consulting privileges at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland, where he served as Chief of the Department of Medicine from 2005-2007. Dr. Coker is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine (DABAM). He is licensed to practice medicine in both New Jersey and Maryland. Dr. Coker earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 1985. Shortly after, he moved to New York City where he began his career as a genetic counselor at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He went on to study medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine, earning his DO degree in 1996. Dr. Coker currently specializes in hospital medicine and is the founding member of Peninsula Inpatient Providers. Dr. Coker's interests include reading, writing, bike riding and photography.
Dr. Efigenio Leynes Bautista, MD - Psychiatrist
Dr. Efigenio Lynes Bautista joined Hudson Health Services in 2005. He was educated at St. Thomas Aquiras University, School of Medicine and Surgery 1970. He also trained at the Manhattan State Hospital in 1974. Dr. Bautista has worked with individuals with co-occurring disorders his entire career, and has extensive knowledge in treating individuals with complex diagnosis including Substance-Use Disorders.
Dr. Glenwood C. Brooks, Jr., PhD - Psychologist
Dr. Glenwood Brooks, Jr., received undergraduate education at Lincoln University, graduating in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He continued on to the University of Maryland College Park and received a Doctorate in Counseling and Student Personnel Services, as well as post-graduate training in Neuropsychology at Nova Care Hospitals. He is a consulting Psychologist at several organizations locally, including Peninsula Regional Medical Center, HealthSouth Chesapeake Rehabilitation Center, and Deer's Head Center. Dr. Brooks has taught at The University of Maryland, Morgan State, Coppin State University, and The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Brooks is certified by the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Board of Forensic Examiners, National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, and in Psychopharmacology. He is a licensed Psychologist in both Delaware and Maryland.
Heidi McNeeley, RN - Director of Nursing
Heidi McNeeley joined Hudson Health Services as Director of Nursing in 2018. Heidi comes to Hudson Health with extensive nursing experience, having worked in assisted living and hospice settings, providing care and support to patients and their families. Heidi is the President and Founder of the Worcester County Warriors against Opiate Addiction - an organization whose purpose is to support families and help connect those seeking treatment to resources. She divides her time between her professional career and her desire to inspire change and encourage healing in the community as an advocate for families who struggle to find their way when Addiction has touched their home. Heidi is also a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga to Hudson's patients weekly for the past year. We call it Higher Power Yoga and it is a form of Holy Yoga that includes spiritual affirmations and meditation that help our patients practice gratitude, joy, and mindfulness. Heidi will continue to teach yoga on Hudson's Salisbury treatment campus.
